I would definitely recommend The Property Ladies for any reality needs. Fanny and her team were very efficient in what we needed and we were very satisfied with them. We can’t brag enough about Fanny Bodart and The Property Ladies. Selling our house in such a short period of time seemed not realistic. But the service, prep work and customer care were phenomenal! Purchasing a new house with Fanny Bodart was as good as selling. Fanny at the Property Ladies was our realtor. We only had 6 weeks to do renos (as we live in Ont). During this time, we certainly had our stressful moments but Fanny was so good and calmed us down! We made the deadline (phew!) Fanny even helped clean out the garage.
